Virtual Classes Offered:

Balance:
This class begins with savasana, gentle stretches, then moving through flows that end with balancing shapes that are held for a few breaths to build balance and strength in the body and the mind.

Fast Flow/Yin:
This class begins with savasana, gentle stretches then moving into a mix of cardio, body weight movements for the first half of class. The last 30 minutes is a yin style, holding shapes for 2-5 minutes to help stretch your connective tissue around the joints, restoring length and elasticity to the body.

Vinyasa Flow:
This class begins in savasana, followed by full body stretches then moves into a constant flowing class beginning with repetitive sun salutations to warm up the body and prepare the mind.

Pilates Inspired Yoga:
This class begins with savasana, gentle stretches, followed by taking yoga shapes and adding micro-movements to help activate smaller, underused muscles.   

Hatha Hold:
This class begins in savasana, followed by gentle stretches then moves through a flow with longer holds of strengthening shapes. The holds allow for alignment cues to help make adjustments.

Beginner's Flow:
This class begins in a longer savasana, focusing on breath and relaxation followed by full body stretches on the mat. We then move into more basic yoga poses with modifications, taking a slower pace to focus on proper alignment.

Young Athlete:

This class is a 30 minute class designed for tweens/teens who play competitive sports. It focuses on breath work, stretching and strengthening joints/muscles most impacted by sports and ends with expressing gratitude.

Members' Class:

This class is made up of member-favourite poses, focusing on areas of the body and mind that our members crave.


Yoga Fitness - Core Focus:

This class begins in savasana with a full body stretch then moves into shapes to strethen the core. Moving through a series of shapes that target the abs, obliques, and back. Ending with stretching all worked areas.
